I have lived in the Deerfield Beach area for the majority of my life and even graduated from Deerfield Beach High School. After 13 years of being a veterinary nurse/technician, I decided to join my mother, Charlotte Gallagher, as a Realtor with Deer Creek Real Estate in 2005 and have since gone on to obtain my Real Estate Broker's license and recently became the Broker & Owner of Deer Creek Real Estate. My vision is twofold: preserve the welcoming, service-driven culture that has always defined our company, while thoughtfully expanding our reach and capabilities.

Deer Creek Real Estate in Deerfield Beach Florida was founded in 1978 when Deerfield Beach and its adjacent neighbors, such as Boca Raton, were just developing many of their golfing communities. Deer Creek Real Estate handled all the sales and marketing for the 600 acre Deer Creek site which runs along the Palm Beach/Broward county line, just three miles from the award winning Deerfield Beach.

Our vacation rental program draws people from all over the world. We hold all vacation funds in escrow to the delight of our tenant’s peace of mind. We promptly answer all tenant inquiries and address any special needs prior and during your visit. We are available to troubleshoot any problems that occur during the visit, such as lost keys, or unforeseen repairs.
We offer tenants multiple options for payment of the rental, including an online payment option for checks and credit cards, and we also accept checks by mail (there is no booking fee).
We prepare each property for our tenants' arrival and arrange departure cleanings. We make sure there are basic items for the tenants' convenience (paper towels, bath tissue, soaps, sponge, laundry starters, etc.). We also prepare Welcome Books with specific information about each condo, the surrounding area, and discounts to local attractions.
